The Beautiful United States Capitol Building in the Springtime!
My friend Curtis!Then on my last day, on the Hill, for National Volunteer Week, I was asked by staff from Congresswoman Virginia Foxx’s office to come and meet her and her “girl scout for a day” Maya and sit in on a congressional hearing! It was a lot of fun. I was also going to have her staffer Curtis, take me on a private Capitol dome tour but we didn’t get to this time-but definitely next time! I was headed back to Greensboro, NC by 11am!
